If an item arrives that has fluid leaking or that contains gas/oil then we will have the item cleaned so that it can be exported. The fees will depend on the method and extent of the cleaning necessary to prepare the product for international air transport.
We will discard shoeboxes upon request to reduce the package size and weight.
If you are shipping fragile items (glass, ceramics, etc.) then we recommend adding fragile stickers to inform the courier to be more careful when handling the package.
